How long we keep information

We collect personal data directly from you when you contact us, make an enquiry, or book our services. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, and billing address. We may also create audio and video recordings as part of the services we provide.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Enquiries (no booking made)

If you contact us but do not proceed with a booking, we will retain your personal information (such as your name and contact details) for up to 12 months after our last communication. This allows us to respond to follow-up queries and maintain accurate business records.

Customers (bookings and contracts)

Where you proceed with a booking, we will retain your personal data, including correspondence and booking details, for up to 6 years after the completion of our services. This is to comply with legal obligations and to protect our business in the event of any disputes, in line with the Limitation Act 1980.

Financial information

We retain invoicing and payment records, including billing addresses, for up to 6 years to comply with requirements set by HM Revenue and Customs.

Audio and video recordings
  • Where recordings are created for your personal use as part of our services, we will retain them only for as long as necessary to deliver those services, typically up to 12 months after the event unless otherwise agreed.
  • Where you provide consent for us to use recordings for promotional purposes, including on social media, we will retain and use this content until you withdraw your consent or we determine it is no longer necessary. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
